All treatments are adjusted to your particular needs. I have specific training in several methods of reflexology including Vertical (standing up/weight bearing), Universal Touch (very light pressure suitable to clients who are more fragile), and the Bratko Method which uses much deeper pressure as well as what I now call "Classical Reflexology" which was my original training. We will discuss your health and goal for treatment, personal preferences and adjust accordingly. There is absolutely no need for a reflexology treatment to be painful, ticklish or uncomfortable in any way.
Ear Reflexology Ear Reflexology is the most effective reflexology for symptomatic relief of pain and inflammation with the fastest and strongest response. Ears are closer to the brain. This allows for a more noticeable response, though the effect of treatment wears off faster. The entire ear treatment can be completed in less than half an hour. Clients notice best results when they arrange 3 treatments within a week.
Ear Reflexology lends itself especially well to self treatment. It is an ideal subject for a self help coaching session or to learn to do for yourself.
This is the first body map reflexologists learn and is the gold standard of treatment. We affect more than 75 reflexes on each foot. Since there are more than 7200 nerve endings in the feet this is the treatment to choose for longest lasting, deepest effect on the body. If you wish, we may start the treatment with a brief ear reflexology session to relax the nervous system. This allows us to work on a deeper level. There is no additional charge to include ears.
For those who for any reason don't want their feet worked on hand reflexology is an excellent alternative and is just as relaxing and effective. Also a great choice for those of us who work hard with our hands. This is another excellent choice for self help since it's so accessible.
Joseph Corvo Method Zone Therapy
This popular facial treatment is more like a massage than a facial. This very gentle treatment takes approximately 30 minutes and is deeply relaxing. Combines well with Ears for a whole body experience.
Plantar Fasciitis Prevention/Protocol
This 90 to 120 minute treatment involves reflexology treatment of the feet, followed by a specific protocol of fascial release for all the muscle groups of the lower body. When followed with diligent homework by the client, outstanding results are often seen in as few as 3 sessions. Clients must wear clothing which allows free access to the knee, and lower leg. Remarkable improvements may also be seen for clients with tight hips, sciatica and chronic lower back spasm.
